Summer Days!!!

Loving Summer 2011.  Our good friends the Madsens came back to Vegas for a few days.  We met up with them at their Motel and swam for a couple days.  I'm so sad we didn't get a picture with them, but we sure love them to death and was so happy we got to see them.
I love love these pictures of my little Koda, What a little man, doing what he should.....Getting Dirty.
The following pictures are a nightly scene in the summer hanging out at Grandma and Grandpa Shaheens.

Red Cliffs Hike with Family and Friends

Girls Camp.....Camp Kolob
Russ and I had the opportunity to help out a couple days at girls camp this year.  We had a great time.  We could only be there a couple days but it sure was worth it.  We went up with the fourth years for their hike.  The Picture below is from the hike.  It was an amazing experience with some amazing people.

Starting up the Narrows trail.

Grandma is such a trooper, she was leading the way for the kids.  They went up just a little way but loved it.  We are definately going back before the summer is over.  But this time with Russ.

You can't go to zions with out hitting Pizza Noodle.....

Fourth of July..........Vegas Style
We have never been here for the Fourth, it was a first and a pretty good one.  We started with the parade, and I truly think the reason it was so good was because the weather was amazing........
We went with our good friends Brynley, Caeson, Becca and Marley Nelson.  We had a super fun day.

Later that evening, we went on a hike up Redrock, ate KFC and had a neighborhood firework show.  It was a super Fourth of July.  We are greatful for a super dad that works hard for us and our freedom.
