HOly EaStEr!!!!!!!!!!!

Talk about a GREAT spring break and Easter.  We had the best ever...

We celebrated at home prior to Easter so Russ could be with us, they went on a wild treasure hunt and definatley found treasures.......

My Parents neighborhood is soo much fun.  They had a huge Easter Egg hunt.  All the 

nighbors and cousins had a blast.  3 Legged Races and the cake walk were a hit

mainly because KODA and I WON

Another Fun Activity we started is planting grass, we were gone for a week then came home to 

MAJOR GRASS....it is so fun, we have grass growing everywhere we even cut it with the 

scissor and it just keeps growing

We played at the park with cousins and got some great pictures, Koda was loving the rock 

climbing and Tia and Joey and Nicholas stuck to the slides......

AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST

All the neices were in a photo shoot for Aunt Kaeli's Bridals.  Pettiskirs

everywhere.  They were darling.  EXCEPT when Tia didn't want

anymore pictures, I wanted to beat her but it was a 

little Chilli.  I got some cute pictures of Madison Though, My friend Myndee

with appreciate these of her.....she loves her poses........

ProJectS!!!

SOOO, this is what Russ and I did over the weekend.  PROJECTS, I love getting things checked of the TO DO LIST:  I bought this side table for Kodas Room and new furniture, it was $2.  We stained and sanded like crazy, it's going to look great with his furniture. 

I have had these two cute benches for years, they were finally done for.  So My friend Becca gave me this cute fabric and we recovered the two stools.  They look tons better.  Thanks Becca!!

GREATEST Neighbors Ever!!!

SOOOOO......Katie and Waki our great neighbors are so good to us.  Katie and I went and ate at Macaroni Grill a while ago and loved the Shrimp Portifino...

                   WELL....................Last night they came over with all this in hand, she had made all of this delightful stuff for us.  We have such a good time with them and the kids just love them.  They are definately our adopted GrandParents.....

BUBBA!!!!!!!

So the other day Russ and I were trying to find a babysitter to go to the temple, after many cancellations and no answers we decided we better just take turns or we are never going to make it.  I was going first, leaving him home with the kids then Saturday Russ could go.  The kids walked in and saw me in Church Clothes and Russ not, they looked at me and asked, "mom where are you going?"  I said, to the Temple. Then Madi said and dad isn't, No I said he is going to stay with you kids.  Koda looked at me with squinted eyebrows and said, "Your going to the temple to marry someone else?".   Amazing sometimes what these young ones must think.  Glad he actually asked and we were alble to clear it up.  Love you Bubba

Hiking Red Rock

Red Rock is a great place in Vegas to go for a great PICNIC and HIKE.  We went with some good friends Ryan and Becca Nelson. My brother Buck and sister Kari were with us also  We had a great lunch and then let the kids explore.  We didn't over due it this time but hoping to go higher the next.  It's such GREAT WEATHER, we wold be crazy not to be out............

Fun with Friends and Family

We had a great few days with Kari, Buck and Jake visiting for a few of their spring break days.  We went downtown, hiking to Red Rock (pictures to follow) and played in the backyard.  It is always fun to have them visit.  The kids just love all the attention they get from these big kid adults.  

Tia Turns 2!!!

Happy Birthday My Little Tia, man where do I begin.  Tia is so much fun, she is polite, excited about everything and doesn't miss a beat.  She was so adorable all two days we celebrated, I wish I had a Video Camera on her the whole time. Thanks for all who came to the Festives and all the Fun Gifts.  HOLY COW!!!!!!  

      5 things I am loving about Tia...........She calls Pocket....Pockee and Jacket Jackee....... She wants you to hold her and sit on the couch constantly......... She climbs out of her crib in the night to come and check on mom and dad........She dances like she is riding a horse but only in a circle with one stiff leg.....................She tells us when she is Poopy and brings her diaper to prove it.   Thanks Tia!!!

Tia got this Bear from our adopted Grandparents Katie and Waki.  It sings and dances and is the most adorable thing I have ever seen.  The songs just make you happy.  Thanks Guys.
